Facilitating Safety and Health Committees/Teams
Comprehensive Site Assessments and Auditing

This course is a comprehensive full-day session that will deliver the required competencies to develop and deploy safety work teams, preparing them to tackle the toughest of opportunities within any organizations.

The main goal of the Facilitating Safety and Health Committees/Teams Course is to impart those necessary skills to assist organizational leaders, line management and informal leaders to develop traditional safety committee structures into High Performing Teams. Understanding and applying the key steps to building the team will pave the road for a successful journey through the various stages of team development. In addition, meet OSHA voluntary guidelines for employee involvement and hopefully lead to increased safety, morale and quality, translating into increased profitability.

Understanding the differences will allow you to identify why specific processes must be in place to facilitate moving to a high performing team structure.
